QUEENSLAND v. NEW SOUTH WALES. LATTER WIN BY TEN WICKETS. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) BRISBANE, March 10. Queensland, in their second innings, made 79, and New South Wales in their first made 228 (A. Diamond 105 not out, and J. D. Scott 44). -In the second innings New South Wales knocked up the required 33 runs without any loss, thus winning by ten wickets. TEAM FOR ENGLAND. APPOINTMENTS CONFIRMED. , (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) SYDNEY, March 10. The Board of Control had a special meeting in connection with, the action of the Chairman and Secretary regarding the team for England, and confirmed the appointment of Sid. E. Gregory as captain of the team, and C. B. Jennings vice-captain.
