The athletic events will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Athletic Association. 2. Nominations close with the secretaries on Monday, March 18th, at 8 p.m. 3. Competitors 111 the athletic events must send in a list of performances for the piast two years. If no wins for two years, marks or starts from previous events must be stated. , 4. Acceptances and entrance fees for other events close on the ground twentv minutes before each event. 5. No nominations will be accepted without the nomination fees. 6. Protests must be lodged with the secretary ten minutes after the rape, accomjpanied by a fee of 2s 6d, which, will be forfeited if the objections are considered frivolous. Horse events & 7. The committee reserve the right to postpone the .sports if the weather is unfavourable. 8 No first prize will be given unless there are three starters; no seoond prize unless five starters. , 9 Note.
