BOMBAY. March 4. The Gaekwar cf Baroda has issued an order stating that he is painfully surprised to learn of the existence in Baroda of sympathy with seditious writings, and is determined to suppress any sedition. He emphasises the identity of the interests of the native states with those cf British India, and demands co-operation with a view to eradicate disaffection.
