EKETAHUXA STOCK SALE. Messrs Dalgoty and Co., Ltd., report having held their Ekctahuna sale as follows:—A very heavy yarding of sheep and a medium entry of cattle came forward. Our sheep aceommodation was taxed to the utmost, temporary pens havi.ii" to be erected, our entry comprising 3500 sheep. Good sound breeding owes and forward ' wethers were in good demand, but aged and inferior sorts were not inquired for. However, practically the whole of our entry was disposed of at the following prices:—Good mouthed breeding ewes, lis to 12s 8d; poorer sorts, 7s 7d to 8s 9d ; good 2-tooth wethers, 12s Cd to 12s 8d ; others, 10s 3d to Us 9d ; good 2-tooth ewes, lis 3d to 12s 6d; medium 2-rooth ewes, 10s Gd to lis; b f lambs, 7s Cd to 9s 3d ; white face lambs Gs 2d to 8s Gd; poorer sorts, 2s 2d to 5s Gd. Rams : Romneys, 15s to l-Jgns ; Lineolns, Ugns to 3;}gns; Southdown,, 3jgns. Gnit'tl'o : Good Shorthorn empty forward condition, £4 5s to £5 Is; cows and calves, £4 9s Gd to £4 15s; heifers in. caM, £3 to £5 2s Gd ; 18-mos. steers, £2 4s 6d; weaners, ~25s to 32s Gd.

TAIIATAHI STOCK SALE. ■Messrs Dalgety iand Co., Ltd., report on their Taratal)i stock sale as follows : —A good yarding of .sheep and a small yarding of cattle came forward, and were offered to a good attendance of buyers. Prices realised were as follows: —Small lambs, to 5s sd; ra.po lambs, to 9s 3d; cull 2-tooth owes, 7s Id to 8s lOd ; medium to good •lambs, 9s 7d to 12s 3d; aged ewes, 8s to 9s Gd; Soiitlidown rams, lgn to 2 gns; Lincoln rams, £2 3s; Romncy rams, lgn.;, stud Romney rams, sgns to 7gns.
