The members of the Uruguay Commission motored here from Palmerstoh this afternoon, and. are. being, entertained at with fifty represenat : ve- : men;'.by Mr E. Short, the' President of the* A., and P. Association ,this evening. To-morrow morning they will visit Mr Short's stud farm at Cheltenham.
