WAWCANUI RACES. SECOND DAY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WANGANUI, Saturday. The autumn meeting of the Wanganui Jockey Club was brought to a conclusion on Saturday, when the sum of £2-5,662 was put through the machine, compared with £15,241 for the corresponding day last year. This brought the total for tho meeting to £-M5,44-l, an increase of £15,072 on the figures at the prevous meeting. Results:—

Jackson Stakes, six furlongs.—Ermengarde 1, Royal Scotch 2, Autumnus 3. Scratched— Parawainii and Rangiatua. Time, lmin. 1.3 sees.
