ESCAPED PRISONER
RE-CAPTURED AT CISSGRNE. J (By Telegraph—Press Association.) (nSiHO'lirvK, Last Night. ' Henry Edward Dennett, alias Harry Da\is, alia'; Thomas Tubbing, an escapee J'ri-.m the Taihaoe gaol, where he was awaiting trial, on a charge of assault and rubbery, alleged to have been committed'at Onotiki, was arrested .by Sergeant Plutton and Detective Mitchell oii the S.S. Victoria on Saturday. He. was brought before a Magistrate -afc Barton,' and was remanded to appear at Taihapo on Wednesday.
