DANCER OF ITS SPREADING. CONFERENCE SUMMONED. Received This Morning, 12.30 o'clock. MELBOURNE, March 3. The Commonwealth Steamship owners have represented to the Arbitration Court that a dispute occurred in Queensland and Sydney, in connection with Inter-State shipping, and that there was a grave danger of ii spreading to other parts of the Com.monwealth. Tho Arbitration .Court has summoned a Conference of Brisbane. Sydney and Melbourne steamship owners and waterside workers on Friday to consider the situation.
