RULES AND CONDITIONS. 1. The athletic events will be run , under the rules of the New Zealand Athletic Association. | 2. If no wins for two years, marks of starts from previous events must be stat4. Acceptances and entrance fees for other events close on the ground twenty minutes before each event. 5. No nominations, will be accepted without the nomination fees. 6. Protests must be lodged with the secretary ten minutes after the race, accompanied by a fee of 2s 6d, which will be forfeited if the objections are considered frivolous.
