CAPITAL REMAINS AT PEKING 20,000,000 LOAN RECEIVED. (Received Last Night, 9.15 o'clock.) PEKING, February 23. The Nanking delegates have arrived to discuss the personnel of the Coalition Government. It is expected that Peking will remain the capital. General Yuan Shih Kai has informed Dr Sun Yat Sen that the International Bankers have advanced a loan of 211,000,000 .taels. General Yuan Shih Kai is sending 1,000,000 of this to pay 300,000 Hepnhh'can troops, who otherwise would prove a national danger.
