MINERS' CONGRESS
A PROPOSED STRIKE, (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.^ 3?AItiS, February 24. The Min&'a ingress at Algiers has declared a twenty-lour tours' Strike on March 11th in, order to influence Parliament to grant the demands cabled on February 17th. Possibly a gereral strike mil take pJaee later if the demands are not conceded.
