TO-DAY'S WEATHER
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST (By Telegraph — Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. 0. Bates, of the Meteorological Office, this evening issued the iftollowing repfort:— Moderate to strong westerly winds have predominated, .with an unsteady barometer. "Rain has fallen on the West Coast and in southern-most districts, and showers at times elsewhere, with changeable conditions generally/ Present indications are for moderate to strong westerly winds. The weather is cloudy and unsettled at times, with showers and squalls in parts, especially about Cook and Fove'aux Strait*, and in the northernmost districts. The barometer is very unsteady. A temporary rise, is taking place in the South.
