RULES AND CONDITIONS. 1. The athletic events will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Athletic Association. 2. Nominations close with the Secretaries oni Monday, March 18th, at 3. Competitors in'the athletio events must send in a list of performances for the past two years. If no wins for two. years, marks of starts from previous events must be stat4. Acceptances and entrance fees for other events close on the ground twenty minutes before each event. 5. No nominations will be accepted without the nomination fees. 6.
