AMUSEMENTS
THOMPSON-PAYNE PICTURES.
A large attendance was again recorded at the Foresters' Hall last eveuing, when the current programme was shown for the second time. Tho dramas were an exciting and exceptionally good lot, particularly "Dad's kirls," "The Run.6:i the Bank," and "The House that Jack Built." Of a fine collection of comedies, "Soldiers Three"— a Vitagraph— is certainly the best seen in Masterton for some time. A number of other first class subjects- made up a most enjoyable programme, which will be shown for the last time to-night. The children's matinee will take place this afternoon, at 2.30 o'clock.
