Nominations close with the Secretaries oni Monday, March 18th, at 8 p.m. 3. Competitors in the athletic events roust send in a list of performances for the past two years. If no wins for two years, marks of starts from previous events must be stat4. Acceptances and entrance fees for other events close"on the ground twenty minutes before each event. 5. No nominations will be accepted without the nomination fees. 6. Protests must be lodged with the secretary ten minutes after tlie accompanied by a fee of 2s 6d, which will be forfeited if the objections are considered frivolous. Horse e\ents ss. 7.
