KEIR HARDIE AGAIN
ADDRESS AT SOCIALIST CONGRESS STRIKE PREDICTION. (Received Last Night, 9.1.3 o'clock.) PARTS, February 19. Mr Tveir Hardie, addressing the Unified Socialist Congress at Lyons, including German and Italian delegates. said that within a month there would be a million men oh v strike, and askng for minimum wages. He asked foreign workers to help,' by a general strike, which would he a reply to capitalistic enterprises and territorial spoliations in the Transvaal, Morocco and Tripoli. M. S,emibat, President, replied that the Socialists must not allow the FrancoBritish entente to become an antiGerman ■ entente. He protested that all the great nations were including piratical colonal undertakings.
