IX pursuance of tlio Legislature Act, 190S, an'd its amendments, the Licensing Act, 1008, and its amendments, I, Ralph Robert Armstrong, Returning Officer for the Licensing District of Wairarapa. do hereby give notice than an election will bo held for the return of live qualified persons to serve as members of the Licensing Committee for the Wairarapa Licensing District; and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will he noon on the 12th day of March, 1912; and that the poll, if necessary, -will be taken at the several polling places of the said district on- the 12th day of March, 1912. lEvery man desirous of 'becoming a candidate must be nominated iby not less than two electors-of the district, hy a nomination paper in the prescribed .form delivered to the .
