Nominations close with the Secretaries oni Monday, March 18th., 8 p.m. 3. Comipetitors in the athletic events must send in a list of performances for the past two years. If no ■wins (for two years, marks of starts from previous event* must be stated. 4. Acceptances and entrance feesj for otiher events close on the ground; twenty minutes before each event. I 5. No nominations will be accepted without the nomination fees. 6. Protests must be lodged with the secretary ten. minutes after the race, accompanied by a fee of 2s 6d, which will be forfeited if the objections are considered frivolous. Horse events " 7. The committee reserve the right to postpone the .sports if the weather is unfavourable. 8. No first prize will be given unless there are three starters; no second prize unless five starters. _ 9. Note.— All horses nominating (in: local events) must have been in the district at least two months prior ! to the dato of the sports.
