WEDDING AT LOWER TAUERU
LOADER—JIMMISON. An interesting wedding was celebrated this week at the Lower Taueru, the ceremony taking place in the local Church, which Avas crowded to the door, the contracting parties being Air Charles Henry Loader and Miss Ivy May Jimmison. The ceremony was conducted by the Rev. Watson, of St. Matthew's Church, The bride, who looked charming, wore a white silk dress, trimmed with insertion and lace, and carried a beautiful bouquet of orange blossoms. The bridesmaids in attendance were the Misses Lily Loader and Violet Jimmison, who wore pretty white delaine (frocks, with beautiful hats to match, and each carried a beautiful bouquet. The bridegroom's present to the bride was a pretty necklet and pendant, and to the bridesmaids beautiful brooches. After the wedding ceremony a large party of guests partook of a sumptuous wedding breakfast in the Taueru Hall. A large number of valuable and useful presents were received. In the evening a most enjoyable ,dance was in the Hall, in which upwards of fifty couples participated.
