A large number of the public was present, and the sum of £11,518 was. passed through the totalisator, making £22,084 for the two days.. Results:— Second Hack Hurdles.— Silva 1, Silver Cluse 2, Darby Paul 3. Grandstand Handicap. Gladiole 1, Bowbells 2. Ashby 3. Omata Hack Handicap.— Aloha 1, Glenfern 2, Royal Dragoon 3. Paul Memorial.— Coromandel 1, Jargon 2, Gloy 3. Welter.— Plantation 1, Te Roti 2, Overtime 3.
Hack Handicap— St. Petersburg 1, Manawhaka 2, Tewharoa 3. Farawel lHandicap.— Crown Pearl 1, Ashby 2, Red Lupin 3. Final Hack Flutter.— Ohinee-1, Royal Simon 2, Galtee 3.
