STABBING AFFRAY
ONE OF THE VICTIMS DEAD. (By Telegraph — Tress Association.) HAMILTON, Last Night. John Graham, who'was one of the men wounded by-Axel Smertringe in the stabbing affray at Frankton on January 18th, died in the -Waikato Hospital this morning. The man's dying depositions were taken yesterday. Smertringe .will come before the Court to-morrow.
