DETERMINED ASSAULT. VICTIM OBJECTED TO PLAYING IN YARD. (Received Last -Night, 9.30 o'clock.) LONDON, February 14. A boy felled a man named Kelly with a' heavy scrubbing brush, and with his companions assaidted him. by hurling sticks, with the result that his skull was fractured. The reason for the murder was Kelly s objecting to the boys kicking wet balls about the yard.
