In ill-informed circles it has Deen suggested that the. Opposition might give a pair at the coming division, to -Mr T. M. Wilf ord, who -is at present in England. The Opposition would, no doubt;' be quite willing to give the..pair if it had"the power to do so. It has not the. power, however. Mr JVVilford is disqualified from voting until he takes the oath of allegiance, and consequently a pair with one who has not a vote is impossible. • /
