[To The Editor.] Sir, — Seeing .that Mr C. E. Daniel! is so sure that M.r Jackson has no right to sit as a member of the Trufet- Lands Trust, on account of the latter being, interested in the school and pupils, will Mr Daniell give me his ruling upon the right _of the manager of a private business retaining his seat upon the Borough Council and the erection of a building in which his employer may have Jbeen interested? Hoping Mr* Daniell wii! reply early.— I am; etc., DON'T STUMBLE.
