Cooper stated that things were running smoothly at the Waingawa works, and there was no indioatioi cf any . dissatisfaction among- the men. -The only dissatisfaction appeared at the way in. .which the matter was being dragged into the newspapers. The men naturally did not' like beisjg pestered with interviewers. ; A meeting of the Board of Directors would be held to-day, but there was absolutely no grievance to bring before them. Even the butchers do not relish the idea of having to "go slow."
