CONFERENCE IN LONDON WHAT HOME RULE MEANS. (Received Last Night, 11.45 o'clock ) LONDON, February 13. At a Conference of English Nonconformists in London, to discuss Tome Rule, Sir Edward Carson said Home Rule meant the extinction of Proftesrtarutdam in Ireland. It was impossible. for the so-called guarantees to prevent it. He was confident that English Non-conformists • would not desert their co-religionists.
