A SENSATIONAL FINISH. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) GHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. Tho Plunket- Shield match, Canterbury v. Auckland, ended in a -sensational finish. Auckland were left with 59 runs to get, but so well did Reese and Bennett bowl that eight wickets fell in making the runs. The ment during the last hour was intense' - Auckland 'thus- wins the Shield ;; by ■two wickets.
