WELLINGTON FERRY SERVICE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WiELLiINGTON, Last Night. The Harbour Ferries Company has offered to sell the steamers Duchess, Awaroa, and Cobar to tho "Eastbourne Borough Council for £21,300. ft is understood the offer, in its present form, will not be entertained, and that the Company intends to increase the fares to meet tho increased expenditure caused by the recent agreement with the employees.
