WELLINGTON YOUTHS FINED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WiELLINGTOX, Last Night. Several youths were proceeded against in the Magistrate's Court today for refusing to take tho oath of allegiance as required by the Defence Act. Two defendants were fined 40s, to be reduced to os if the oath is taken within seven days. * Tlie option is. three days' imprisonment.
