Tho marque in the Park is surrounded by mounted and foo-t .soldiers and bridges dividing the Nationalists and Orange quarters are strongly guarded. Mr Churchill was accorded -a rapturous reception 'Allien'he rose to speak. Ho said that it was vital that tho Imperial .and National Parliamentary business should be divided. The Government's Bill would lit into the general scheme of Parliamentary devolu-tion-and ukinubt-a Imperial federation. The Protestant, fears of persecution, were groundless. The Crown was able to refuse its assent- to unjust laws. Tllie Jmpenial Government would carry on Laud Purrikiasrs and Old Ago Pensions. The Irish repjresenba.tion at Westminster would bo reduced. Mr .Redman moved a. vote of thanks.
