AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT STRIKERS TO RESUME. ((Received Last Niglit, 9.30 o'clock.) I BRISBANE, February 9. At a n.ass meeting at the Trades Hall, Mr Goyne, l President of the Strike Committee, announced that 'the Committee had decided that unless the Unions in the Northern towns remain out, an urgent wire be sent, instructing all excepting trans- ! port workers to resume.
