SUPREME COURT
WELLINGTON SESSIONS. (By Telegraph — Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, William Frederick Jones stood his second trial on a charge of forging the name of T. Jacobus to a Savings Bank withdrawal receipt. He was found guilty, and received twelve months' imprisonment, with hard labour. Frederick William Green stood his second trial on a charge of theft of moneys, the property of the Wellington Working Men's Club. The jury again disagreed, and Justice Chapman ordered a new trial for next session.
