PENALTIES. FLAT RACES The winner of any flat race (after declaration; of weights, if handicapped , under Bst lOlbs) - ;to carry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race 6lbs extra. If handicapped at Bst 101b or over ,to carry only half tibe above penalties.
