RULES AND CONDITIONS. 1. The athletic ©vents will be ran under the rules of the New Zealand Aithletic, Association. . ,2. Nominations close with the Secretaries on Monday, March. 18th, at 8 p.m. & Oomjpetitors in tihe aiMetio events insist send in a list of performances for the past two years. If no •wins for two years, marks of starts from previous events mast bo stat<4 . *' ■ ■ ,4. Acceptances and entrance fees for other events dose on the ground twenty minutes before each event. 5. No nominations will be accepted without the nomination fees. 6. Protests must be lodged with the secretary tern minutes sifter the race, accomjpanied by . a fee of 2s 6d, which will be forfeited if the objections axe considered frivolous. Horse, events sb. 7. The committee reserve the right to postpone the sports if the weather is unfavourable. 8. No first prize will be given unless there are three starters; no second prize unless five starters. 9.
