1. The athletic events will be run under t!he rules of the New Zealand Athletic Association. ' 2. Nominations close with the Secretaries on) Monday, March. 18th., at 8 p.m. 3. Qonijpetitors in the athletic events miust send in a list of performances for the past two years. If no wins for two years, marks, of starts from previous eventß must be stated. 4. Acceptances and entrance fees for other even)ts close on the ground twenty minutes before each event. > 5. No nominations will be accepted without rthe nomination fees. 6. Protests must be lodged with, the secretary ten minutes after the pace, accompanied by a fee of 2s 6d, whioh will be forfeited if the objections are considered frivolous. Horse events ss. 7. The committee reserve the right to postpone the sports if the weatEer is unfavourable. 8. No first prize will be given unless there are three starters; no second prize unless five starters. 9. Note.— All horses nominating (in local events) must have been in the district at least two months prior to the dato of the sports. They must also be the property of bona fide residents of the district, otherwise they will be disqualified. . 10. The committee reserve the right to alter the order 'in wihioh. the events will be run. ; ADMISSION to Ground: Adults Is, Children under 15, half price. ■ REFRESHMENT BOOTH on the Ground.
