FOUR OFFICERS DROWNED AND TEN OF A CREW. (Received February 3, 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, February 2. Submarine A3 was saink through a collision off the Isle of Wight. It is believed that eleven of tne crew were drowned. (Received February 3, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, February 2. Six siifcrnarines, the. submarine depot ship Hazard and Antelope accompanying, proceeded for torpedo' firing practice east of the Isle of Wight. A3, while partly submerged, collided with H.ivi.S. Hazard, and. was badly holed. S!he settled immediately. The escape of air and gas indicated that she filled with water. Four officers and ten of a crew are aboard.
