In connection with the fatal accident which occurred in the Cathedral Square, near Broadway corner, dri the afternoon of Friday, January 10th, when Thomas Ryan was knocked down; and run over by a motor ■cdr, his injuries proving fatal in a few .hours, an information 'has b<en laid, charging "the 'driver fl? the car (Reginald ' Blunden, of Bennett's), with manslaughter, The case will be heard next Thursday afternoon.
