TRIPOLITAN WAR
AN ATTACK BY TURKS REPULSED WITH HEAVY LOSSES. (Received January 31, 1.50 p.m.) TRIPOLI, January 30. Five thousand Turks and Arabs, feigning an attack upon Gagresh, attacked Ainzara. After three hours' vigorous fighting they were repulsed, losing heavily. Two Italians were killed and eight wounded. A BOMB EXPLOSION. OFFICER AND SIX MEN RILLED. i (Received January 31, 1.50 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Jan. 30. ; A bonvb exploded at Strumnitza, near Salonica, kil'linig an officer -and five gendarmes, arid wounding the commandant and seven others.
