Nominations close with the Seo-l-etairies ow Monday, March 18th, at 8 p.m. 3. Competitors in the athletic events must send in a list of performances for the past two years. If no wins for two years, marks of starts from previous events must be stat4. Acceptances and entrance fees for other events close on the ground twenty minutes before each event. 5.' No nominations will be accepted without the nomination fees.. 6. Protests must be lodged with the secretary ten minutes after the race, accompanied by a fee of 2s 6d, which will be fonfeited if the objections are considered frivolous. Horse events ss.' 7. The committee reserve the right to postpone the sports Jf the weather is unfavourable. , 8. 'No first prize wil be given unless there are three starters; no second prize unless five starters. 9. Note.— All horses nominating (in local events) must have been in the district at least two months prior to the date of the sports. They must also' be the property of bona fide residents of the district, otherwise they will be disqualified. . 10. The committee reserve the right to alter the order in which the events will be run.
