THE NATIONAL CONVENTION ANOTHER BOMB OUTRAGE, (Received La&t Night, 5.5 o'clock.) PEKING, January 27. Yuan Shah Kai has suggested to the Revolutionaries that the National Convention consist 01 three hundred delegates, representing the five districts.
