(Received: Last Night, 8.55 o'clock.) SYDNEY, January 20. Cabinet lias approved Mir Daeey's scheme for workmen's dwellings in the Government model suburb established at Kensington Estate. Four (hundred acres have,been divided into 850 allotments, estimated to produce homes for 5000 people. Liberal provision has been made for recreation reserves and public buildings.
