AUSTRALIAN MEAT
> LONDON SUPERVISOR. (Received Last o'clock;.) ■ MELBOURNE, January 23. The Customs Department has appointed Mr Cherry , of the Melbourne University, to the position of supervisor of the handling and distribution of Australian meat in London. The appointment is the outcome of complaints asi to the condition of the meat on arrival ait London.
