GERMANY AND FRANCE SOME INTERESTING EVIDENCE. (Received Last Night, 0.0 o'clock.) BERLIN, January 20. During & journalistic action for libel, arising out of the Pan-Gorman Morocca-i campaign, the evidence revealed the fact that the right Hon. D. Lloyd-George's speech had caused a reversal of the Gorman policy. Herr Kiderlin Waechter, after the dispatch of the Pantlier, informed a journalist that ho wanted Mogadir at the least, while Herr Zimmerman, Foreign. Under Secretory, told the Pan-German League, "We will stick to Agadir; we don't want compensation, we want Morocco. Franco offers lis the Congo." This was apparently a reference to M. Caillaux's private overture*.
