GENERAL OKU RESIGNS. '(Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) TOKIO, January 20. ■General Oku, Chief of the General Staff of the Japanese War Council, lias resigned litis brief command of the Army. He will be succeeded by Viscount Hasegawa.
