HER RELEASE DEMANDED. (Received Last Night, 11.15 o'clock.) PARTS, January 19. The French Government lias demanded the release of tho Carthnpe, which was seized by Italian torpedoers, because it had an. aeroplane aboard with which M. Duval proposed to compete at the Tunis aviation meeting.
