NAPIER-CISBORNE RAILWAY
TURNING THE FIRST SOD. (By Telegraph — Press Association.) NAPIER, Last Night, „ It has been definitely decided that' tho first sod_ of the Napier to Gisbbrne railway' will be officially turned at the Napier end towards the close of tills month, probably on the 29th. The ceremony will ho attended by Sir Joseph Ward and the Hon. E. MeKenzie.
