WEIGHTS for all races on first day of meeting will be declared on FRIDAY, 9th February, 1912. ACCEPTANCES for all races on first day of meeting and entrance for Maiden and Scurry close with the Secretary at Woodvalio at 8 p.m. on' TUESDAY, 13tli February. WEIGHTS for all races on second day of meeting will be declared about 8.30 o'clock on tihe ereniing of the first day's races. ACCEPTANCES for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's Rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 o'n the evenins; of the first Hay's races.
PENALTIES. FLAT RACES— The winner of; any flat race (after declaration' of weights, if handicapped under Ssifc lOlbs) to carry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race Gibs extra, it handicapped at Sst 101b or oyer ,to carry only half "the above penalties.
