At the Supreme Court, Thomas Voitch, found guilty in the Lower Court of having received a cheque knowing tho siame to have been stolen, was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment from the date of trial. Edgar Moore and Victor Smith, having pleaded guilty to five charges of breaking and entering, and theft, —ere pa"' l ! committed to prison to be detained for reformatory purposes iVm a term of two years. Duncan Alexander Galdenvood, convicted of breaking and entering with intent to commit a crime, was committed to prison to ho detained for reformative treatment for two vears.
