Nominations close with the £ t?taries on: Monday, March 18th, at ,8 p.m. . s 3. Competitors in the athletic events must send in a list of performances for the past two years. If no wins for two years, marks of starts from previous events muist be stated. 4. Acceptances and entrance fees for other eventts close on the ground •twenty minutes before each event. 5. No nominations will be accepted without the nomination fees. 6. Protests must he lodged with the secretary ten minutes after the race, accompanied by a fee 'of 2s 6d, which, will be forfeited if the objections are considered frivolous. Horse events 7. The committee reserve the right to postpone the .sports if the weather is unfavourable. 8. No first prize will be given unless there are three starters; no second prize unless five starters. 9. (Note.— All horses nominating (in: local events) must have been in the district at least two months prior to the date of the sports. They must also be the property of bona fide residents of the district, otherwise they will be disqualified. K). The committee reserve the riglrt to alter the order in which the events will he run.
