A RSiCORD FLIGHT ACROSS THE CARPATHIANS. (Received Last Nigjht, 11 o'clock.) PARIS, January 15. Duooonet and Dupont ballooned from Ffemettebroud to Sokolowska, Russia, fifty metres beyond the record. They crossed the Carpathians at a height of 10,000 feet. The flight occupied 29 hours 45 minutes, and was fimshed in a snowstorm., twitb. t!he thermometer four degrees below zero.
